I bought two of these to use in France. They work great. You don't even have to think about it. It's all you need for dual voltage items like computer, camera and cell phone chargers.

I went to Europe this year for Christmas, and with all of my new gadgets I was getting concerned about whether I'll be able to use all of them during my long trip. During my previous trips I had tried bringing along a power adapter, but those would invariably fail after just a few uses. I found out that most new low-power electrical devices work with both US and European voltage settings, and all one needs is a plug adapters. I looked around at several models, and these seemed the most convenient and at the optimum price. So far I have been very satisfied with the manufacturing quality. These adapters are made with quality metal prongs and high-quality plastic body. They are long and narrow, so they fit in all wall plugs that I have tried them with so far. The grooves on the side make it possible for three-pronged US plugs to fit snugly as well. I have tested them in three European countries - Belgium, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina - and in each one of those three places they performed to my satisfaction. I have used them with Apple iPod touch 16 GB (2nd Generation) OLD MODEL, iPhone, Kindle Wireless Reading Device (6" Display, Global Wireless, Latest Generation), HP laptop, Philips Sonicare FlexCare Plus, Rechargeable Toothbrush, Canon Digital Rebel XSi 12.2 MP Digital SLR Camera (Black Body Only) and Canon Powershot SD450 5MP Digital Elph Camera with 3x Optical Zoom. It worked fine with every one of those devices. I feel very confident in this product and would highly recommend it to anyone going to Europe with electronic devices.

I used this product frequently during a two-and-a-half week stay in Europe and it performed as intended. It is a simple product, so there is little to say except that it performed reliably and I'd buy more of these if I needed them.

I bought three of these adapters and headed for Sweden. They were great. I was able to use my hair drier, curling iron, charge my camera battery and phone. My previous travel experience with complicated adapters and converters were terrible. One actually burned out my phone charger. But these are great. Just as the other reviewer said, you don't even have to think about them.
