This is a nice bag, plenty of room. The wheels and retractable handle are quality items and I have been using it weekly for the last 9 months.
NOTE TO TRAVELERS: It's tough to carry this on, but if you gate check you are fine.

I have serious concerns about the quality of the WT-22. The handle is flimsy and unreliable. After my first trip with the WT-22, the button on the handle became non-functional. I could not rotate the handle back to normal, and so my bag did not fit into the overhead bin.
I sent it back for repairs and although the button now works, the handle is still flimsy. Also the handle usually sticks as it retracts, some internal part rubbing against another. An email to Victorinox customer service got me a reply which essentially said "too bad".
I do not trust this bag and will not use it. It's just a dead loss. Don't make the same mistake.

Firstly, LuggageGuru offers fast, secure, free shipping, was very happy with their service.
Don't need anything larger for a weeks' trip by bus/train/plane if it's properly packed. This one has a garment sleeve in the lid, and when it's used, allows lots of room in the remainer of the case for 'bundle packing'. The 2 packing cubes help with organization of smaller items and snap in along side of the handle housing, good use of this space. The strap in the front, top pocket allows for the hanging of an additional bag,lowering the center of gravity, making the combination easier to pull, no added weight on the user's hand as opposed to stacking it on top. The foot on the bottom of the bag is wisely placed forward of the zipper expansion feature, making the bag less likely to tip when an additional bag is hung from the front strap. Bag is also the right height for use as a foot/leg rest. Haven't used this on a plane so cannot comment on how it fits in overhead bins. The pull handle is very comfortable. I got this bag at a close-out price and for what it is, I am happy with my purchase.

Received the luggage in a box that had been obviously tampered with. A different, smaller piece of luggage was in its place, no paperwork, various garbage used as packing materials. To the vendor's credit, returning the item was very easy.
