Finally, a backpack that doesn't look like all of the others! This material is thick and sturdy. The protection of the laptop pocket is wonderful (I store my 15" Macbook Pro in it). The outer pockets are perfect for iPods, mobile phones, pens and more. The left pocket has room for a water bottle, which I love because I can store it out of plain view. The straps and cushion on tha back is very supportive, and unintrusive.

This pack was a little pricey but seems to be well worth it. I've been through a lot of computer backpacks over the years, and this appears to be the most solidly built of the lot. The protection for my MacBook Pro (15") is outstanding, although I actually added a little extra padding to the bottom of the laptop compartment since there was so much room (I rolled up some bubble wrap, slid it into an old sock, and tucked it across the full width of the compartment). That should help protect the aluminum MacBook against dents if (when) I drop the whole pack onto a hard floor.
The variety of compartments and their accessibility are perfect for me. And even when fully loaded, this pack is surprisingly comfortable. Highly recommended.

It was used for a weekend trip and could fit clothes and protected my laptop. It was perfect and cant wait to use it regularly.
