NICEST HEAT WRAPSDec 09, 2010
By annie THIS IS MY FAVORITE BRAND OF HEAT WRAPS, THEY ARE HARD TO FIND. THE COVERS ARE REMOVABLE FOR WASHING. THE BUCKWHEAT KERNELS ARE SUPPOSED TO MOVE AROUND SO YOU CAN BUNCH THEM WHERE YOU WANT. THE PREVIOUS REVIEWER ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT THE OPTIONAL FRAGRANCE SACHET BEING IN THE BOX & "SMELLING UP" THE HEAT WRAP, BUT AFTER A FEW USES ,WITHOUT ADDING THE OPTIONAL SACHET, THE AROMA IS GONE. I FIRST GOT ONE OF THESE ON A VACATION & WHEN IT WORE OUT, AFTER A FEW YEARS OF USE, IT WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND ANOTHER ONE LOCALLY, I AM SO HAPPY TO SEE THAT THEY CAN BE ORDERED FROM AMAZON!!!

Disappointed with Bucky NeckwrapFeb 06, 2010
By MG 53188 I ordered this product mainly because the aromatherapy fragrance was optional but when I opened the product it reeked of the fragrance even though the sachet was in a sealed plastic pouch. After airing it out I still found it unusable for myself since I am sensitive to fragrances. I also felt that if I put the neckwrap into my microwave to warm it that the smell would permeate my microwave. Another issue with this item is that the buckwheat kernels are not sewn into place so when my niece used it the kernels pooled in the front of the neckwrap leaving the back of her neck without heat. This is the worst product I've ordered from Amazon.
