 Some good points, some not so goodFeb 09, 2011

I've never liked large, heavy handbags and don't feel the need to carry "everything but the kitchen sink" in them. Was looking for a small, sturdy, lightweight bag for everyday use that I could stuff into my tiny locker at work. While this bag fits that bill, I feel it seems a bit pricey for what you get, larger phones aren't going to fit in the phone pocket (you could keep your lip balms, etc., in it though) and the shoulder strap setup is VERY annoying. IMO, the straps are a bit narrow, could be a heavier web, and the buckle will slide on it's own (you have to constantly readjust it back into place). Sewing it in place would prevent that, but then that defeats the option of adjusting the straps when needed. There should also be some sort of slider or keeper on the straps to keep them together. One other thing I noticed--apparently when the patterns for the purse were laid out for cutting, and at least for the one I received, the weave pattern (in fabric) is a bit crooked on the front flap. Makes the bag look it should cost less than $35. I'll probably modify the straps and use the bag for now, but I certainly won't buy another one.

This bag looks exactly like the picture. I am very satisfied with this bag accept for one thing. The velcrove. Hate it. It catches on clothing items. Would still by the purse though. Haven't figured out how to modify it yet, if at all. I am tolerating it. Very lightweight and lots of room. Room for a waterbottle as well. Other reviewers complained about the strap. This is true. However I can overlook this. I have the black one.

The pouch item arrived on time and in excellent condition. I use it for wedding shots where I need to carry extra batteries and such for quick retrieval and installations. It works perfectly for those needs and is quite stylish as well. Highly recommended.
