By Skinny314 The item I ordered - the dual voltage travel clothes steamer depicted on your website - is NOT what I received. Yes, I got a dual voltage travel clothes steamer, but it is not the form/factor I ordered. If you are going to substitute items without notice I will stop using Amazon...and that's too bad because I have bought several items over the years without issue. I haven't used the steamer I received so I don't know if it is worth the money or not...but it is bulkier than the one I ordered.

The vendor sent an email stating that the price listed was wrong and that he could not honor it---I cancelled the order. Normally sellers would consider honoring the mismarked price; not the case here. Of course this will be the last attempt with this seller.
