This worked well on our trip to Greece and Italy. It fits in a backpack mesh outside pocket and holds two pair of glasses safely.

Fits even "Fit-over" sunglassesJul 27, 2009

My vision problems are such that I have to wear prescription glasses all the time. When driving, I like to wear sunglasses that fit over my prescription glasses. The Eagle Creek case is the only one I have found that will hold "fit-over" sunglasses. It is large, but that is precisely the point. Protects them well enough I can put them in checked luggage.

Soft case doesn't provide peace of mindSep 05, 2010
By D. Lee The item description and the other reviews don't make it clear but this is a soft eyeglass case. I was hoping for a hard case that would provide better protection for my eyeglasses when I'm backpacking and traveling. Although the material is stiff, your glasses are toast if you were to sit on this case or apply any real pressure. If you carry your case in a purse or with the clip, then you should be ok. Item is made in Vietnam.

Great Product for Large EyewearJul 12, 2010

This case works great for my large Maui Jim Sunglasses which would otherwise not fit in a secure, hard case fit for travel.
Eagle Creek Sunglass CaseMar 04, 2011
By P. Frary

I've always liked Eagle Creek products and have owned many of their travel products over the years. So buying this sunglass case seemed like a no-brainer. And I was not disappointed with the quality, finding it well made with quality materials. I think it's made better than the Victorinox Sunglass Case and costs $10 less. The interior is an exceptionally soft velvet cloth, so your glasses or other small gear will not suffer. However, like other reviewers have mentioned, this is a large case. Massive. The largest I have seen. Nearly twice as deep as the Victorinox Sunglass Case. My moderately oversized Maui Jim glasses (Kuhuna) were lost inside! However, it is the only case I have found that my oversize "vintage" 80s Porche Carrera (Magneum PI style) sunglasses will fit, so it all worked out. It also makes a fine travel case for small electronics and cameras.
