Keep your feet elevatedDec 18, 2009
Especially good for petite women whose legs don't reach the airplane floor. The flight is so much more comfortable if you keep moving your feet about a bit on top of the Foot Pillow, you decrease the risk of blood clots. The first one I purchased burst a seam a few months after I bought it and the company was not very good about keeping thiscustomer satisfied.

taking the annoyance out of overseas coach flights!Apr 01, 2008
It's strange, but this one pillow makes all the difference for me on the long flight over the Atlantic. I am able to get my legs into a more comfortable position, which allows me to sleep on the plane finally! And if you are awake, you can get rid of the nervous engery by rolling the pillow with your legs. It really helps alieviate potential leg cramps. The pillow can also be partially inflated for lumbar support, or if you've a window seat, to use for a comfortable headrest. I recommend this highly if you find yourself stuck back in coach on the long flights!
