Ok but would not buy againNov 02, 2011

Bought three of these. They function as described BUT the major shortcoming of the design is the fact that for $24 (Oct 2011) you get a standard combination locking strap that has the TSA logo and can be opened with a TSA access key. What you do not get is any added security for "Anti-Theft" prevention from this strap as ANYONE with access to your bag (with or without a TSA key) can simply loosen the strap by adjusting the length and then open your bag to have complete access to contents there.
The design needs to be changed to LOCK the length adjustment when the TSA combo lock is engaged.
Save your money and just buy a good high quality 2" wide x 9' long quality quick release strap such as [...]
No illusion to providing extra security but a strap that is very durable and strong
