I found this rather hot on my arm, plus it slipped down over my wrist and showed under a jacket sleeve. It's a good place to keep extra cash, especially if you have pounds and euros to keep separate -- there are two zippered pockets. But anything rigid like a credit card will just announce its presence. Maybe I'll use it here while jogging, when security is less of an issue.

Anytime you want a secure but unobtrusive place to carry essentials this is the thing to use. It looks like a wrist sweat band.
Easily holds ID, drivers license, a credit card or 2, a few dollars and a key. Comfortable on your wrist - you can run or work out without it getting in the way. Toss it in the washing machine with your workout clothes.

I wasn't looking for a "security" wallet or a "hidden" wallet, so this wallet works just fine for me. I like to wear it around my wrist, so slippage and/or temperature doesn't matter. I've been wearing my own design/creation of wrist wallet for decades, but it's black and I wanted something in a neutral colour. I simply wear the wallet as an accessory like an arm band. If people ask what it is, I either tell them it's a wrist wallet or I just shrug and say it's a wrist brace.

I got this wallet several weeks ago and I LOVE IT. I no longer have to carry a heavy purse with me and it saves my back. This wallet holds my drivers license, credit card & cash and is almost impossible for someone to steal. If wearing long sleeves it is invisible. CON: If you try to carry too many cards the wallet gets too thick to be comfortable.

...make sure you have a short car ignition key (if that's what you'll be using it for). My findings after trying one of these on in a local sporting goods store.
The problem with all wrist wallets is that unless you have a huge wrist, when you fasten them to your wrist, the wallet contours to your wrist and you don't have much continuous FLAT space to accommodate 3" car key. The result is not only uncomfortable, unsightly, but also untenable because the pointed end of the key is bound to make a hole in the fabric sooner or later.
Now if the wrist wallet is super wide (Amazon doesn't post measurements unfortunately) then you could put your key inside width-wise, following the direction of your forearm instead of length-wise (perpendicular to your forearm).
Looks like I'll just have to stick to my less-than-sexy-looking shoe wallet for my runs, sigh...
