If you are traveling for a short period of time, these really can work. I do not recommend using them straight out of the package. If you bring a small bottle, take out however many sheets you want to use, put them in the bottle, add some hot water, shake it up, and they'll work just fine. I traveled for two and a half weeks, and I used these, and had no trouble. Granted, I was grateful for regular shampoo and conditioner when I returned.
