I bought one of these pillows at an airport 10 years ago and it gave me great service. When it developed a perforation I bought another one from Going in Style. It developed a small hole after just three flights. I wrote to Going in Style and they volunteered to replace the pillow without even asking for the old one back as proof. I received a new pillow three days later. I have rarely encountered such efficient customer service. It's always possible with any product to develop a defect, what counts in my book is the willingness of the company to make it right and Going in Style takes the prize for this. The pillow is very comfortable and, because it folds up very neatly, it's great for frequent travel.
