We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and offer a 30 day return policy (with details noted below) for credit or exchange at your option. Please make any returns to us via UPS or US Mail - Insured Parcel Post, freight prepaid to us at:

All returns and exchanges need to be received by us in original and unused condition with all of the hang tags attached and intact and in the original box with all instructions, attachments, and packaging complete. Products returned used, dirty or incomplete are subject to being returned and/or may be charged a restocking / cleaning charge of 15-30% depending upon their condition. Please note that socks and underwear are not returnable. If you do decide to return a product, please include an explanation about your return using the receipt / form provided to you along with your shipment. Please note which items you are returning on your receipt and what action you would like us to take.
Your credit for the product(s) purchased will be processed through Amazon after Going In Style receives and processes your Return through our Returns Procedure. Credits will not include any of the shipping charges - unless the product is determined to be defective ( in which case we will credit your Amazon account for both the product and shipping costs). Defective products that are returned to us will be replaced with no additional shipping charges incurred.
Please note that information regarding your Account Status along with shipping information can be viewed on the Amazon Web Site. Once Amazon has processed your credit, it may take 1 or 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card bank statement.
